Dear Students,
Poster and Thesis presentations will take place on June 25, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Poster presentations will be held between 9:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
Your posters will be displayed on the boards set up in front of the Biomedical Engineering Department Faculty Office – Ground Floor (E003–E005). You may take your posters down at 1:00 PM.
It would be helpful if you bring paper clips, tape, etc., to hang your posters.
Thesis presentations will begin at 11:00 AM. Each group’s presentation, including the Q&A session, will last a maximum of 15 minutes. The group room assignments are listed in the table below. The presentation order for each group will be posted on the respective classroom door prior to the presentation.
Students must upload PDF versions of their advisor-approved thesis and poster files to the provided link by 11:59 PM on June 25, 2026.
