Dear Students
The necessary explanations regarding the evaluation of the Multidisciplinary Design Project course and the MDCP Competition are given below. According to this
- Each team must prepare a final report and submit it to their advisors by January 05, 2024 at the latest.
- The Project Market of the Multidisciplinary Design Project course will be held on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 between 09:00-12:00 at the "Tarihi Hamam". The layout of the project groups in this area will be announced after the competition groups are announced.
- All groups are required to attend the project market with their project outputs. Groups that do not participate in the project market will fail the Multidisciplinary Design Project course.
The advisor faculty member should determine whether the team has participated in the project market, make the success status according to the evaluation criteria given below and enter their scores into the OBS system. After the grade entry is finalized, the letter score will be automatically generated on OBS.
MCDP Competition
Within the scope of this course, an MDCP Competition will also be organized. Necessary explanations about the competition are given below:
- Groups wishing to participate in the competition must fill out the attached petition and send it to zorlu@yildiz.edu.tr until the end of working hours on Wednesday, December 27, 2023.
The groups that will participate in the competition must prepare a video explaining what they have done in the project, not exceeding 20MB and 5 minutes. In addition, students who will participate in the competition are also required to fill out the FR-1674 KVKK permission form, which is available on the Quality Coordinatorship web page of our university within the scope of the "Personal Data Protection Law". Then, they are required to send this form, the video they have prepared and the project result reports by e-mail to zorlu@yildiz.edu.tr until the end of working hours on Wednesday, January 10, 2024.

- An evaluation jury of 5 people, one faculty member from each department, will be formed for the MDCP competition. This jury will visit the projects at the Project Market and evaluate the projects by taking into account the project result report, video, realization, etc. and determine the winners of the competition.
