Staj süreçlerindeki operasyonel değişiklikler nedeniyle fakültenin aldığı karar ile belgeler fakülte tarafından en geç 10 iş günü önce kabul edilmektedir. Ancak gerek komisyonun gerekse Bölüm Başkanlığının imzalama süreçlerini de dikkate aldığımızda, 10 iş günü sonunda bölüme teslim edilen evrakların süreçlerini zamanında işletmek ve fakülteye iletmek için süre kalmamaktadır.
Bu nedenle staj evraklarınızı staj komisyonuna imzalatarak Bölüm Başkanlığına en geç 15 iş günü öncesinde teslim etmeniz gerekmektedir.
Herhangi bir mağduriyet yaşanmaması için bu takvime özen gösteriniz.

Dear Students,
Due to operational changes in the internship process, the faculty has decided that documents will be accepted by the faculty at least 10 business days in advance. However, considering the signing processes of both the commission and the Department Head, there is not enough time to process and forward the documents submitted to the department after 10 business days.
Therefore, you must have your internship documents signed by the internship commission and submit them to the Department Head at least 15 business days in advance.
