below, you may request to add one overlapping course by submitting a written request.
In accordance with the relevant resolution, students wishing to request the addition of a course must upload their written requests and course schedules via the provided link by September 23, 2026. Students must also specify the section they wish to add in their written request.

Course Registration Process
ARTICLE 7
(4) The following principles apply to overlapping courses, depending on whether the courses have been taken previously:
a) If two practical courses conflict, these courses cannot be taken simultaneously, regardless of whether they have been taken previously.
b) If one course is practical and the other is theoretical, these courses may be taken if the theoretical course has been taken previously and a passing grade (other than F0) has been earned.
c) If two theoretical courses conflict, these courses may be taken provided that at least one of them has a passing grade other than F0.
d) Students who meet the conditions for taking overlapping courses as outlined in clauses b and c may take one course via the student information system and the other by decision of the faculty administrative board, limited to once per semester.

(4) In the case of overlapping courses, the following principles apply depending on whether the courses have been taken previously:

c) If two theoretical courses overlap, the courses may be taken together provided that at least one of them has been passed with a grade other than F0.
d) Students who meet the conditions stated in items (b) and (c) may, only once per semester, enroll in one of the overlapping courses through the Student Information System and the other with the approval of the Faculty Administrative Board.
