Aşağıda belirtilen Senato kararına istinaden çakışan 1 dersinizi dilekçe ile alabilirsiniz.
İlgili karar uyarınca ders ekleme talebinde bulunacak olan öğrencilerimiz dilekçelerini 18 Şubat 2026 tarihine kadar elden Bölüm Sekreterliğine elden veya email yolu ile bmeblm@yildiz.edu.tr. adresine iletmelidir. Öğrenciler eklemek istedikleri grubu da mutlaka dilekçede belirtmelidir.
Email ile iletilen dilekçeleriniz imzalı olarak PDF formatında olmalıdır.
Dilekçeler sadece belirtilen tarihe kadar ve aşağıdaki formatta imzalı iletilmelidir.

MADDE 7
(4) Çakışan dersler için daha önce alınıp alınmama durumuna göre aşağıda belirtilen ilkeler uygulanır:
a) İki uygulama dersi çakışıyor ise daha önce alınmasına bakılmaksızın bu dersler aynı anda alınamaz.
b) Biri uygulamalı diğeri teorik ders çakışıyor ise teorik dersin daha önce alınmış ve F0 dışında başarı notuna sahip olunması durumunda bu dersler alınabilir.
c) İki teorik ders çakışıyor ise en az birinin F0 dışında başarı notuna sahip olması durumunda bu dersler alınabilir.
d) Çakışan dersleri alma şartını sağlayan b ve c maddelerindeki öğrenciler aynı dönemde yalnızca bir kez olmak üzere derslerden birini öğrenci bilgi sistemi üzerinden diğerini ise fakülte yönetim kurulu kararı ile alabilir.

In accordance with the Senate decision stated below, you may enroll in 1 overlapping course by submitting a petition. Students who wish to request the addition of a course under this decision must submit their petitions by 18 February 2026, either in person to the Department Secretariat or via email to bmeblm@yildiz.edu.tr. Students must also clearly indicate the group they wish to add in their petition.
Petitions submitted by email must be signed and sent in PDF format.
Petitions will be accepted only until the specified date and must be submitted in signed form and in the format given below.

Course Registration Process
ARTICLE 7
(4) In the case of overlapping courses, the following principles are applied depending on whether the courses have been previously taken:
a) If two practical courses overlap, these courses cannot be taken simultaneously, regardless of whether they have been taken before.
b) If one course is practical and the other is theoretical, the courses may be taken together provided that the theoretical course has been previously taken and passed with a grade other than F0.
c) If two theoretical courses overlap, the courses may be taken together provided that at least one of them has been passed with a grade other than F0.
d) Students who meet the conditions stated in items (b) and (c) may, only once in the same semester, enroll in one of the overlapping courses through the Student Information System and the other with the approval of the Faculty Administrative Board.
